Capturing Joy: Abby & Jake Wedding | West Michigan Wedding Photographer

Abby and Jake’s wedding at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort was (and still is) one of my favorite weddings to date. Set against a gorgeous country club golf course, their day was filled with beautiful details and heartfelt moments. The red and black color scheme stood out wonderfully against the green of the course and the golden sunset, and I found myself swooning the entire day!

Their outdoor ceremony was perfect, with the serene backdrop and soft sunlight creating a feeling of intimacy with the wedding guests. Inside, the evening was full of joy, from the grand entrance to touching speeches and a lively dance floor. Fun traditions like the cake cutting and bouquet toss added a special touch.

Some of my favorite photos from the day were the bridal photos on the golf course at sunset. The club let us use one of their larger-than-normal golf carts to sneak away and find the perfect location; we absolutely felt like VIPs! We had so much fun frolicking around the golf course and catching those last beautiful blue-hour moments of the day.

Overall, Abby and Jake’s wedding was a perfect mix of elegance, joy, and personal touches. I am so honored they chose me to photograph their special day, and the images are some of my favorites.
